Dean worked in various community agencies before starting his private practice, this included working in the drug and alcohol sector, mental health, teaching, victims of crime and community health.

He has training in a range of disciplines, including: psychology, hypnosis, meditation, bodywork, martial arts, herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, biofeedback and other forms of psychotherapy (including psychodynamic, somatic, cognitive, humanistic, somatic experiencing and gestalt therapy). He has a special interest in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, addictions and personality, and helping clients to not only manage symptoms but live life to the fullest.

Gabrielle has been in the psychology/counselling/psychotherapy field since 1998. Prior to that she spent six years as a Primary School Teacher. After re-training in Psychology, she then worked for the next ten years with adults and children in community counselling agencies, and a government primary school. She is now in private practice in Brunswick.

 Gabrielle uses a friendly, non-judgemental, client centred approach, and draws from a diverse range of therapy styles including: Mindfulness, Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psycho-Education, Trauma Focussed/Informed Therapy, Skills-Training (eg.
